Fabios place is located ~50m from a lovely small cove and about half a mile into Villasimius. Was a great base for us to explore beaches from.

We stayed for one week in Fabio’s house, communication was good. The house is about a 5 minute drive outside the town of villasimius, we were there in late September and got some great weather. We travelled with a toddler and found the supermarket called coop very good. The house was very clean and it’s in a great location.

Das Häuschen von Fabio ist praktisch eingerichtet. Die grosse Terrasse im Schatten ermöglicht das Entspannen ums Haus herum. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. In der Küche haben wir die Sandart Ausstattung an Gewürzen und Öl vermisst. Der beschriebe Strand, ist aufgrund vieler Algen nicht schön, weshalb wir jeweils an andere Strände sind. Der Meerblick, ist nur von einem kleinen Teil des Gartens gewährleistet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, haben jedoch aufgrund der Beschreibung etwas anderes erwartet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fabio's place as a family of three with a toddler. Fabio is a wonderful host and responds very quickly! His place is impeccably clean, very well equipped, and near to the most beautiful beaches of Villasimius. We loved having Fabio's beautiful private garden to lounge in during our downtime and being surrounded by a calm, relaxing, and beautiful natural environment. The barbecue was a great addition to have for dinners to cook up the delicious local produce. We especially loved the outdoor shower to rinse off after a great afternoon at the beach. We would recommend Fabio's place to families with children. The stairs are quite steep and we would have loved to have a baby gate (our child is - unfortunately for us - very accident prone). We also didn't have access to the pool during our stay, which would have been a great addition. Afterall, this didn't really bother us as we spent most of our days outdoors enjoying the beauty Sardinia has to offer! Also, please note, the listing says "self check-in" but check-in/out was arranged by a concierge service. I'm really considerate of others and felt bad arriving late at night for the check-in and possibly inconveniencing the concierge after our flight (scheduled so late during booking because we thought it was self check-in). All in all an amazing, relaxing experience in Sardinia! Thank you Fabio!
