This properly was perfect, super accessible and pretty much have everything you need to enjoy paradise. Amazing sunsets, great pool, super breezy so you don't miss not having an a/c. Both Tom and Yvette the property manager were super responsive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Crow's Nest Villa was such a serene peaceful escape from a crazy busy life back home. The views and sunsets were stunning and loved being able to walk to Woodland's Beach, which much of the time I had to myself. Tom was such a wonderful communicator when I had issues with my flight. He was super helpful in recommending alternatives, keeping me calm, checking in frequently and helped connect me with rental car services. Having a washer was also a bonus! Loved my stay and hope to make the trip back to Montserrat!

This house is as lovely as the posted pictures. We stayed for three weeks in January/February. We did not miss having A/C, as the breeze was great, especially at night. We had read that Monserrat had fewer biting bugs than other Caribbean islands, and we found this to be true. At night the insects in the jungle around the house were very loud, and the local roosters that roamed the neighborhood began crowing at 5am, so be prepared for that. You do need a car to get around the island, as there are no stores or restaurants in walking distance from the house. And my wife and I also needed the car to get down to nearby Woodlands Beach, since it would be (at least for us) a strenuous walk down and back up the road. Tom, the owner, hooked us up with a rental car before we arrived. Kitchen is well-supplied. TV has Netflix and Prime. Wifi worked well, though it did go out for two days. Tom was available by messaging when we had questions. A wonderful time, and we will be returning.

Great Location, had a great time. We went the week of Christmas which caused some difficulties because most restaurants and stores either were closed of had off hours. Stocked up at the grocery store on the second day and managed just fine. House is in need of a little TLC and some ant spray. As far as amenities per the Air BnB site, there was no hair dryer, the towels had seen better days, there was no fitted sheet for the bed, there was a small weber grill but no charcoal and none available at the grocery store. Cleaning person was just starting when we arrived a little before 3pm. She had no idea we were coming and just happened to go and clean the place because the next day was Christmas and her family didn't want her to work on Christmas day, otherwise the house wouldn't have been cleaned at all. We had to wait until almost 6 to get in the house as we didn't want her to rush. Never saw the property manager which was probably the root of most of the issues we had.

We stayed here for 11 days, our 2nd time to Montserrat. We had such an AWESOME time! Views from the balcony were wonderful, beautiful open house making it feel you were always outside. Loved waking up to the sound of chickums every morning. Lovely comfortable beds. Nothing we lacked. Was lovely coming back tired every evening and sitting on that beautiful porch, with a cold beer in hand watching the sun sink below the horizon and listening to the peeper frogs and crickets come alive. Nice little family of agouti's as well running around in the road. Highly recommend!
