Nice place surrounded by nature. Dean and his father were very friendly and helpful and he made us fresh natural tea to warm up. I would stay here again.

A nice room run by very nice people. The location is amazing in mavrovo national park, there's a lot of nature around you, with the lake close-by.

Dean and his father welcomed us with tea and gave us a nice long welcome, discussing the geography, sites to see and cultural insight of the local area. This set us up for a fantastic few days and help shape our itinerary. The place is simple as described and could do with a little love but is a great base from which to explore Mavrovo. Genuinely lovely people.

Dean is a great host Also his father was very responsive at any time also Dean to. Place was like in the photos, everything okey and clean Wifi very good, the view, places to vosit and walk. Very quiet. Also inside the apartment was hot because outside it was a tainy weather and cold. I highly recomand the Dean’s place . If I came back i definitely will choose Deans place to stay.

Dean and his Dad are really great with their guests. Very attentive and carying. The studios are large and comfy. We had easily a lot of space. Great location and local atmosphere. Many hike tours begin in Leunovo and from there the a lot of the Mavrovo National Park can be explored. We had a great time!
