Welcome to our cosy Apartment Mila! This modern apartment conveniently located on the 6/7 floor of a recently constructed building in Mladost 1 residential area of Sofia will be your perfect home away from home. Designed by my mother who splits her time between Bulgaria and her home country, this apartment has everything you may need for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Sofia. 3 minutes walk to Mladost 1 metro stop! Apartment Mila features a modern design and consists of a large open space living room and kitchen area, a cozy bedroom with roof windows and a large double bed and a spacious bathroom. Roof Windows Bedroom + Living room + Bathroom with shower + Full Kitchen + Balcony with Vitosha Mountain View *KITCHEN AREA* The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a big fridge with freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, glasses, dishes and cooking utensils (not to mention the kettle and a selection of teas free of charge, as we like spending evenings over a nice cup of tea). *LIVING ROOM* The living room/dining area has a table with 4 chairs and a comfortable sofa that converts into a sofa bed. There is a newly set up Smart TV with an HDMI cable, you can connect your laptop to watch movies, use YouTube or other Smart TV apps to watch online content on the Internet. *BALCONY* The living room has a large balcony facing the quiet green garden and offering an unforgettable panoramic view of the Vitosha mountain. Balcony table and chairs will let you work or enjoy your breakfast outdoors with a nice view. *BEDROOM* In the bedroom with cozy roof windows, you will find a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe for guest use. *OTHER AMENITIES* - Towels and bed sheets - Free fast WiFi - Air conditioner - Iron and ironing board - Clothes dryer - Liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper - Baby cot/crib, high chair and potty available upon request - Free street parking in front of the building and in the nearby area *LOCATION* The apartment is located on the 6th (out of 7) floor (with elevator) of the newly constructed building (commissioned in March 2018) in Mladost 1 south eastern area of Sofia. - Quiet - facing the park, no noisy roads in front! - 3 minutes walk to Mladost 1 metro station - 3 minutes walk to the local farmer's market offering fresh local fruit and vegetables - 4 minutes walk to Lidl supermarket - 7 minutes walk to Alexander Malinov metro station - 8 minutes walk to Billa supermarket - 30 minutes walk or 5 minutes subway ride to Business Park - 10 minutes subway ride to city center (4 stops) (or 10 minutes by taxi) - 15 minutes subway ride to Sofia Airport (6 stops) (or 10 minutes by taxi) The apartment was designed and built with love and care made to live in, with the attention to little details. I can’t say enough good things about Andrew’s place! It was everything we needed for the week in Sofia and so much more! We even had all the dishes and supplies to host a beautiful Thanksgiving meal that we cooked for our Bulgarian friends! You will find the flow and set up to be pleasing, the bed is so comfortable, Andrew is so responsive and helpful, so close to the Metro, a beautiful view, all the appliances and even some basic cooking supplies, shower is clean and hot. Washer is so convenient with ample space and a drying rack. The closet space is awesome. It’s the only place I can ever remember unpacking everything because it just felt so comfortable, clean, welcoming. Sofia had a huge snowstorm but we were so comfortable that it just felt like home to cozy up and watch a movie and stay indoors like you would at your own place. You won’t regret choosing Andrew’s lovely apartment over any others.
Andrew’s apartment is situated in Mladost 2. For us it was a perfect location. Very close to the fruits and vegetables market, little shops and metro to reach the city centre. We stayed at the apartment with our 20 months old toddler and it was perfect! (Also a little playground was just around the corner) Andrew also got us toys and a potty! The apartment has everything that you might need if you want to cook inside or need to prepare food for your little one. I highly recommend the place if you are visiting Sofia and don’t want to be in the city centre.

I felt right at home from the minute I stepped in! From now on I can’t think of staying anywhere else in Sofia! Stylish, cozy, spacious, comfortable furniture, perfectly equipped (from kitchen utensils through cleaning stuff to cotton pads..) 5 minute to the subway station Mladost 1, drugstore, pharmacy and a grocery store within a real short walking distance. Great connection to downtown and to the other parts of the neighborhood. And did I mention the possibility of drinking your morning coffee on the balcony with a fabulous view of Vitosha mountain’s skirts? :))

Mladost 1 is a residential neighborhood in the south eastern side of Sofia.
Steps away from Mladost 1 metro station (direct line to the city center and Sofia airport), apartment is within a short distance to all key objects in the area.
Sofia Business Park, Tsarigradsko Inter Expo Center The Mall, Technopark Sofia are all within a 5 minutes ride by taxi or 10 minutes by public transport.
The apartment is located within 3 minutes walk from Mladost 1 metro station. Direct metro line from the airport (Terminal 2) will bring you to the apartment in 15 minutes.
The center of Sofia can be reached within 10-15 minutes by metro.
If coming by car, the apartment can be easily accessed from Andrey Lyapchev Street or Andrey Saharov Street off the main Aleksandar Malinov boulevard which connects Sofia airport with Tsarigrandsko Blvd (A1 Sofia-Burgas highway) and Sofia South Ring Road. The car ride to the city center takes about 10-15 minutes.
Free public parking is available in front (reservation not needed).
