An excellent place a short walk up the hill from the old town; there's a few steps to climb but nothing crazy. The stair climb is worth it for the view from the apartment and outdoor seating though. We never met Iris but she was very responsive, we met her father a few times and he was very kind and friendly. Iris was very responsive over message and very helpful to accommodate us with a late checkout.

Notre séjour à Dubrovnik fut merveilleux. Iris y est pour quelque chose par la qualité du logement proposé, par la facilité du contact et par la sympathie de sa famille. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement à 5 minutes de la porte Buza. Le trajet par les escaliers est une balade en soi.

Amazing view of the old town and the sea with parking space… what more can you ask for. The place is relatively small but well organized. Yes there are many stairs to go up to the place from the bottom of the old town (250 approx we counted) but if you don’t have a problem with that, it’s not a big deal. Parking is very very secure but a challenge to get to. I advise you to ask for Milo’s help to bring the car down the road to the spot. Experts at backing up in a narrow steep alley only! If you’re North American, don't even bother. warmest welcome we have receives so far in Croatie; Milo is all smiles and warmth even though we weren't able to speak to one another due to language barrier.
