Very accessible location, albeit in an old building. Stairways are narrow, as with every HK apartment. Water heater was fine on my visit, no intermittent temperatures. Walls are paper thin though, we could hear someone sneeze/talk in the next room, or whenever they came home/went out. Overall a good experience!

The location is very convenient. It is literally 1 minute away from SOGO and MTR. The bed was very comfy as well. The restaurants around the area is quite good and there's a 7-Eleven a couple buildings down. We will definitely want to stay here again next time we're in Hong Kong!

The apartment was clean and tidy. Excellent location, so central in Causeway bay, 1 minute walk to train station and everything around. The room was almost the same as in the pic. The owner changed the position of the bed and added a table and 2 chairs in the room that even better. Alex & Katie were very friendly, easy to contact. They let us check out late at 2pm (as I have a late flight) without any problem. The toilet was very small but clean. I suggest not open the door to balcony as the oily cooking smell from the restaurant down stairs. The fridge didn't work properly. Not cold enough. Can't make it better. I can't keep food safely.

My friends and I arrived at Alex's really late, almost around midnight, it was pretty easy to find this place, and the checking- in direction helped a lot. They sent a guy and gave us a new water heater, a new quilt and new shampoos on the 2nd day. Even though the apartment is not big, but it has everything we need. Causeway Bay Area is a very good place to live in, super convenient.

Communication with Alex and Katie was easy. They answered all our questions. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. The location of housing in Hong Kong is privileged. As constructive criticism I suggest you buy glasses and cups. When we first entered the apartment was dirty.
