James place was great! Exactly like description and he was an amazing host! First night we arrived, the air conditioning wasn’t cooling properly and James had it fixed with a brand new unit the very next day! He was always so quick to respond and was the best host/landlord I have ever had! I would definitely stay again!

What a fabulous place! Hubby and I needed somewhere to stay for two months while we waited for our new house to be ready, and we are so thankful we found James' place! James is a superb host, very personable, and checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was going well. He gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and things to do! The house is wonderful - very spacious, lots of storage, and oh so comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need, and the second bedroom made a great work-from-home office with a few tweaks (the wall mounted ironing board was a perfect standing desk!) We would not hesitate to stay here again if we needed to! Thank you, James!

TRAVELERS BEWARE OF THIS GUY RIGHT HERE!! Despite dealing with dead bugs, a cockroach in the vents, stains on toilet seats, poop water in the shower and bathroom sink. and having to go to the store to get our own supplies of pans and kitchen supply, Never had I EVER had such a terrible experience in my life. Wifi was horrible, barley any service, my husband is a part technician, so he tried to boost his Wifi and James rudely told him no, over 10 times and that nobody before us complained about the Wifi being as terrible as it was. He claimed that my husband was trying to get access to his * personal files * it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know how to boost for better Wifi and for him to keep it after we left just in case anybody else complained! (and that was the least of the issues). Also! His attitude is pathetic, never Have I ever been so disrespected by anybody of the sort, you wanna know why? A couple of weeks ago we was panicking because we believed our cat has left us. Upset and all we asked James for help, he looked in the house and after he looked he left a smart comment saying, if your cat is out here he’s pretty much finished. Because there’s coyotes?? So in other news besides clearly spitting in our face and proving he’s non caring, James ALSO called a plumber to deal with a clogged toilet (which was not our fault considering we only flushed toilet paper that he provided) and demanded that we pay for the plumber bill. When we said no and contacted air bnb, he rudely told us we had to leave the premises by 5 pm while it was snowing or he was calling the cops (and he only gave us a 3 hour head notice, not to mention we live over 9 hours away). We’ve just spent over 300$ for groceries and now it has to go to waste because of how stingy and greedy he is. He is very problematic and not very reasonable or concerned about his guests (considering he made us leave on a shorts moment notice while it was snowing). He also has a slight ant problem. Lots of the utensils has rust on them or just some crumbs from not being washed properly. I’ve never been treated so terribly, definitely wouldn’t recommend. If they had 0 stars I would give him that. And also, I’m not sure how he is a super host, he’s cancelled on people before, and he’s doing it again which is whatever but he gives us a little racist vibe. Which is uncomfortable as well because he never seemed to cared about our well being. And to say if you’re not out by a certain time he’s calling the cops? People like James is clearly what’s wrong with todays world. How awful… I just hope that whoever reads this really think TWICE, before they decide to travel here. It’s not worth a penny. But knowing him he’ll be greedy enough to snatch that away from you too…
