Punto forte della casa terrazza con vista sul porto, spaziosa, facilmente raggiungibile (10 minuti dal porto a piedi) e zona molta tranquillità. Difetti ? Padrona di casa un troppo invadente (abita al piano superiore) e totale assenza di servizi essenziali (biancheria, carta igienica ecc).

Extremely organised and professional agency. The staff are super friendly and helpful and they took us to the apartment. The whole process was really easy and reassuring. It was great to be able to leave our luggage in the agency which is right in the centre before and after check in. The apartment was spacious and modern and the location was ideal in the Santa Maria Port which is extremely pleasant and pretty. It’s only a 15 minute walk to/from the main port and there are also bars and restaurants in Santa Maria. There’s also a bus stop in Santa Maria to get the local bus from which we took to go to the Piscine Naturali. The price was a little high for the weekend but being Ponza in peak season this is also understandable.

Overall positive experience. When we arrived the house was ready and they brought us there with the car The view from the house and the area is amazing, very close to the port 10 minutes walking distance. The house is in very good conditions. I would have expected hair dryer and soaps to be available, even if they offered to give us an hair dryer once we asked for it.

The office of the rental company was easy to find following the main road off the boat. Check in was quick and they drove us to the apartment, which was just as the pictures showed it to be. We were able to borrow bed linens and towels, but you should bring your own beach towel. Ponza is wonderful and truly recommended for a visit! Take the bus up to Cala Fontes for our preferred sunning and bathing spot (not kid friendly though).
