It was a spacious house with 5 bathrooms. A large terrasse with a beautiful view. The host responded fast in the app and helped with everything we needed. We had a great stay

Our family stay of 7 people was a disaster. Difficult climb to house, no help from owner bringing up luggage. No fans or a/c were turned on, no cold water in fridge. Young girl greeted us, not very knowledgeable. We turned on ac and within hours ac stopped. Messaged Giovanni, said we couldn't have ac set at less then 23-24 deg. units would freeze. Hours later some units stopped, messaged Giovanni, asked me to check breaker upstairs, I sent photo, he said appears ok, he'll send someone in morning. Very uncomfortable night. Next day, employee came, said breaker in elec. room had flipped. We started rotating ac units so as not to have all on at same time. Breaker still kept flipping if someone was using hair dryer and/or washer. 4th day there was an electrical fire. No smoke alarm, fire extinguisher was empty. Ran to get Giovanni, others put fire out. Smoke in rooms. Giovanni came, showed no concerns for his guests. Didn't ask is everyone ok? We felt unsafe and left. Worst vacation ever.

We had an outstanding experience for our family of eight! The accommodations were excellent and reflected the description and pictures. Giovanni and Elena were wonderful hosts and were responsive from the initial arrangements to our final departure. We would highly recommend this villa.

Thank you for an amazing stay! The whole group was so sad to leave a great trip. The villa is clean, check in and out was easy quick and flexible and they also booked our transfers to and from the airport which was much appreciated! The villa is EXTREMELY uphill (this is made very clear in the description!), would not be practical for anyone unable to walk or with small children. There is a shop at the bottom of the cable cart for supplies. The views are incredible. We did have a few power cuts due to multiple plug sockets being used at one time but we messaged the owner and had the mains switch turned on so we knew what to do for future. Recommendations: It’s worth buying a weeks pass for the cable cart we would go every morning for breakfast and back again in the evening for dinner, gelato and shopping. Go on a boat trip, you get to see the most incredible views, visit caves and we saw wild dolphins! Fantastic stay, we can’t wait to come back!

We fully enjoyed our stay in the beautiful house in the bottom of Taormina, close to the sea and the cable car (which the small kids loved) taking us to city center. Thank you and we hope to come back.
