This house is wonderful. All amenities on board plus mr Zitoon and another lady who helped in the morning with the kitchen and was very nice and welcoming. The stay was private and fantastic, the pool was fun and the terrace area is to die for. Totally worth it. Mr Lamjed as well was very responsive, nice and easy to talk to.

Lets be reminded that this is someones actual home who are letting it out for the summer, so don't expect hotel service, and super modern equipment. The Villa was lovely. Its in a rural setting, so really need a car to get out and about. Although Taxis are about 7-10 dinar from Tarbaka. (Local town) Local small buses are cheaper. Unfortunately Malloula had suffered devastating forest fires just before we arrived and alot of the scenery was scorched and burnt, however this did not distract from the beauty of the area. You can see the sea from the Villa but its a fair trek to get to without transport and the terrain is fairly hilly. The pool is small but suits the purpose for a dip when it gets too hot. Sheep goats chickens and cows roam fairly free around the area, but they are not a bother as the Villa is fenced off. Host is super responsive. Local cook and janitor are amazing! They don't speak English though, but defo worth getting them in. She is an amazing cook and he is fab.

Nous sommes arrivés le soir et avons trouvé la maison superbe, bien que dans un lotissement et non pas à la campagne. Le jardin est petit mais bien agencé. A notre grande surprise : seulement 4 lits, alors que l’annonce en précise 10. En essayant de nous installer d’autres mauvaises surprises : la cuisine et les sanitaires sont crasseux, les serviettes de bain on l’air d’être d’avoir déjà utilisées, pendues par les derniers hôtes et ni changées, ni lavées. La maison est certes jolie, mais l’un d’entre nous a du (mal) dormir sur un canapé et le mauvais entretien ne nous ont pas permis d’en profiter. Quand nous en avons parlé à la personne d’accueil, il n’a pas compris le problème (dormez à plusieurs dans un lit ou dans un des canapés, ah oui, c’est sale, ah bon il n’y avait pas de serviettes…) Le propriétaire contacté n’a pas plus compris, mais a offert une nuit gratuite (vu le manque de lit et de propreté nous avons décliné) Le prix est clairement excessif au vu de cette prestation

Great place to stay. Very peaceful with amazing views. As it is the hosts holiday home it is of no surprise that it feels lived in. The outdoor area is very relaxing! The host was very responsive and communication was not a problem over Airbnb message. Zitoun and his wife clean and manage the property locally on a day to day basis and they were extremely helpful. Aircon was great and the house remained nice a cool even in 38 degrees!
