Perfect place to relax around the swimming pool enjoy the countryside whilst appreciating the sensational views towards the sea from every angle of the house. Superb surroundings with large terrace olive grove, fruit trees and organic vegetable garden. Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all 3 bed rooms and launch/dining room. Registration number 19082027C212275 There is air-conditioning in bed rooms and dining/launch room. Interior: on the ground floor there's the lounge area with fireplace, kitchen/dining, 2 double/twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor there's a large double bedroom, small sitting area and bathroom. All rooms have fly screens. Exterior: outside kitchen with old style wood oven with table and chairs. Extensive outdoor area with ample place to park. Sensational surroundings: Located only 1.5kms from the village of Sant'Ambrogio where one can shop at the minimarket, eat at the Pizzeria or seafood restaurant that is located in the centre of the village. The pebbly/sandy beach of Sant'Ambrogio is 2 kms from the house, there's free or paid parking nearby or you can park your car in the village and walk via the steps that lead to the beach (need to cross-over the SS113).

We had an incredible time at the villa with our group of three couples! Everything was just fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for a better getaway. The view was absolutely stunning, even better than the pictures! The cute little vegetable garden added such a nice touch to the place. Plus, chatting with the hosts was super easy — they were so friendly and helpful. Oh, and even though it was a bit chilly, we couldn't resist taking a dip in the awesome pool! The village Sant'Ambrogio is really a hidden gem. It's charming and quiet, but still has three great restaurants to choose from. Also, the drive from the villa to Cefalù takes only about 20 minutes. Overall, we had an amazing time and can't wait to go back! Huge thanks to the hosts for such a wonderful stay. Highly recommend booking here for your next trip! Thanks Peter & Camelina! :)
Unser Aufenthalt in dem tollen Häuschen von Carmelina und Peter hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Großzügig, lichtdurchflutet und wunderschön eingerichtet. Es ist ein ruhiger Rückzugsort mit atemberaubender Aussicht und einem Infinity-Pool - allein die allabendlichen Sturzflüge der Schwalben ist ein Spektakel. Wir durften den Gemüsegarten plündern und haben ein leckeres Abendessen mit frischem Salat, Erbsen, Bohnen, Frühlingszwiebeln und herrlich duftenden Zitronen gezaubert. Leider haben wir den Pizzaofen nicht genutzt... beim nächsten Mal ;) Das gut zu erreichende Cefalú ist sehr schnuckelig und hat einige sehr gute Restaurants zu bieten. Es ist uns sehr schwergefallen, diesen idyllischen Zufluchtsort zu verlassen. Der Aufenthalt hinterlässt einen unvergesslichen Eindruck auf unsere kleine Family. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Deodata. Bei bestem Wetter im Oktober konnten wir den Pool noch voll ausnutzen und mit Blick aufs Meer in der Sonne liegen . Wir waren 5 Freundinnen und der Platz war daher mehr als ausreichend. Wir waren sehr begeistert von der top ausgestatteten Küche . Alles in allem super schön dort und perfekt wenn man gerne etwas für sich ist und dem Trubel in cefalu gerne mal entkommt .
Très belle maison avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et Cefalu. Un très beau jardin fleuri, des oliviers et un jardin potager avec des tomates délicieuses. Nous avons passé une semaine en famille merveilleuse dans cet endroit sublime

The nearest neighbours that lives 200 metres from the house are middle aged couple which are very friendly and private people which keep to themselves.
The other neighbours also around 200 metres only come on the weekends or public holidays. The villa is very private.
There's no public transport to the house, it is necessary to have a car as the house is situated in the countryside 2 km from the village of Sant'Ambrogio.
There's private parking at the house.
The nearest airport is 1 1/2 hours from the villa, taxi transfer can be arranged from the airport. Suggested car hire at the airport or in the town of Cefalù.
