This unit is lovely - as you see it in the pictures. The view of the ocean is fantastic. Always a must for me when staying at the coast. Burger and Manageress Gabi were on hand and their communication and assistance were top notch. We felt like we were staying in an exclusive hotel with all the special extras. To answer a few questions that I had before the time...I was uncertain about where the railway track lay in relation to the unit. It does run in front of the unit between the block and the beach, however, you do not see the train as the track is at the bottom of the slope in front of the block and hidden by bush and trees. It in no way obstructs the perfect view and the train passes very seldom...so no major noise concerns. The complex has a great pool which we used often and a small jungle gym for young children which is tucked away. To access the beach, there is a security gate from the complex and a short path to a bridge over the railway line and then a short path up a sand dune to access the beach front. The beach was quiet with the odd family and jogger. Beware the strong sea tides and rather go to nearby beaches where there are lifeguards for any swimming deeper than knee height. There is quite a substantial dune to walk up to return to the path over the railway bridge from the beach side. Grocery shopping is available a few minutes drive away at PicknPay Family Winkelspruit and a bit further away at Checkers and Woolies Food at Seadoone Mall. The shops can be busy and the ques long at certain times so I would recommend using a grocery delivery service. The immediate area does lack a beach/holiday vibe, especially for young people and you do need to drive some way to visit areas of interest. The weather can be very temperamental and the winds strong on the beach so pick the best time of year to go. The complex, unit and exceptional service remain the highlights.

Burger is very rude.He told me and my elderly family members to leave his house for late payment which was not my fault,but her host mistake. And one his ex stuff member says that’s how he treats black black people. Anyways.....it’s okay. I grew a very thick skin for racists.
