Daniel is a very responsible/friendly/flexible host. The shared space was kept clean and the room was clean and cozy. The location is convenient as it‘s close to the central station and grocery stores and multiple transportations surrounded. I enjoyed my stay in the room :)

Everything about my stay was just great. Daniel was friendly, attentive and communicative. He gave my a tour of both the apartment and the surroundings when I first arrived and was sure to carter to my needs throughout my whole stay. The apartment had all the amenities you would need and located in a nice and quiet part of Moabit, close to public transport, a few different restaurants and a well stocked grocery store. I had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone!

The location of the accommodation was superb, being just a 10-minute walk away from the central station and an Aldi supermarket, with a Penny store just a few minutes away as well. Moreover, there was a tram station conveniently located nearby, making transportation a breeze. The room itself was spacious and thoughtfully furnished. It provided ample space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and the attention to detail in the room's amenities. The kitchen was a true highlight of the accommodation. It was fully equipped with everything one could possibly need, ensuring that I didn't lack any essential tools to prepare meals. I would also like to commend the host, Daniel, for his outstanding hospitality. He was extremely kind, welcoming, and incredibly responsive to any queries or concerns I had during my stay.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf dem Foto zu sehen, das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, komfortabel und sauber. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten. Die Kommunikation mit Daniel war immer klar und schnell. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe, sowie Supermärkte. Vielen Dank Daniel und alles Gute.

Se stai cercando un’esperienza positiva in un alloggio pulito, curato nei minimi dettagli, e in una posizione strategica la casa di Daniel fa al caso tuo. Con Daniel mi sono trovata da subito molto bene in quanto è una persona estremamente professionale ed attenta ad ogni bisogno, dalla pulizia della casa al fornire tutti i comfort necessari in un’abitazione. Purtroppo ho avuto solo l’inconveniente che la mia tapparella della camera si è rotta e sono dovuta stare un po’ con la tapparella danneggiata e abbassata , ma questo non è dipeso da Daniel quanto dai lunghi tempi che hanno le ditte di riparazione. È una casa molto bella, gli elettrodomestici sono all’avanguardia e sarebbe bello se ogni host si rendesse conto di ciò e trattasse l’abitazione con cura e pulizia: questo è un augurio che faccio soprattutto a Daniel :) Voto: 10.
