We as a family of 3 loved Stenko's place. Our daughter was in the beautiful clean pool every day. The place has a massive outside area for eating outside, and reading by the pool side while sun bathing was a dream. Pool toys and a cleaning robot were supplied. Walking around and getting the bus was easy. The shops are close, a 5 minute walk down the road to the harbour, shops and restaurants. The washing machine turned out to be very handy with supplied powder and fabric softener with an outside drying rack. The towels and dressing gowns were nice and fluffy. We stayed during Easter when shops and services were closed, Stenko picked us up from the ferry port and bought us some basic supplies for our first days until the shops opened after Easter.

Stenko is een goede gastheer. Steeds bereikbaar en klaar om te helpen. Zijn vakantiehuis is prachtig. De binnenruimte is klein maar fijn (en proper!), de buitenruimte is het mooiste van het verblijf. Prachtige tuin, zwembad, locatie. Dicht bij het havenstadje en winkels, restaurants. Heel lieve poes die er rond loopt. Wel veel last gehad van muggen. Goed verblijf gehad, aangeraden!

We very much enjoyed our 4 night stay in House Oliva. The house is positioned in a quiet residential area, a pleasant 5 minute walk down to the harbour and main town. The outside space is the star of the show, it feels very special to be enclosed under the beautiful olive trees. The sweet cats kept us company and were one of the highlights of our trip! Inside space is small but functional, the bed is really comfortable and it's very peaceful inside. We were also able to use the washing machine which was very handy. The only downside we experienced was lots of mosquitoes outside (due to the time of year) which we weren't prepared for. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay and even braved the swimming pool which was a bit chilly (in October!) but a brilliant size for both swimming and splashing about. Stenko was only a message away anytime we had a question or wanted to check something, he was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely return and would highly recommend a stay at Stenko's place if you find yourself in Stari Grad!

We had a fantastic stay with Stenko. The property is compact but has everything we needed and a large garden space, with pool, which was brilliant. We had such a lovely time we didn't want to have to leave. Would definitely come back and stay again.
