We loved our stay with Mercury! The grounds and gardens and VIEWS here are absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed making breakfast outside, and watching the rain fall through the windows. It really is a peaceful place. Since this stay is close to Haleakala National Park, were able to get an early start to the Pipiwai trail and the Ohe'o Gulch. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

It’s an amazing location. Just beautiful every direction you look. You give up some creature comforts but it is worth it. Go, just go and go with the flow. 3 nights was perfect for the end of our Maui stay.

I loved it here! Definitely worth the money. It’s such a quiet place and it felt like I was the only one. Unfortunately I couldn’t sleep so well because of the rain and the wind you can here through the night because you can’t shut everything to the fullest. The host was very kind and let me be.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. We loved sleeping to the sound of nature and experiencing the amazing views in the morning. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was roomy and spacious. The private outdoor deck and yard were super peaceful and enjoyable to start every day with. Mercury was a fantastic friendly host and made us feel very at home! We will be coming back again someday!

What I wanted was someplace that felt like I was on the edge of the Earth, and was completely beautiful and quiet and peaceful. That’s exactly what Sam’s place is! My husband is a chef and he LOVED cooking in the outdoor kitchen with local ingredients for our stay from the fruit stands. One of our best stays ever!
