October 8, 2023: My wife and I have just returned home after spending a week at the pond house. This is our second visit and we have already reserved again for next year. Andy and Emily (our hosts) were again supportive, receptive and available- but never intrusive as well as flexible and accommodating. They go out their way to make you feel at home from a warm welcoming card at arrival, a lovely plant, chocolate and special dog treats for our pups. The location is private and the views over the pond are breath taking. Sitting on the deck is a most positive experience. The home is extremely clean, well equipped (and more) and comfortable. Wi-Fi access was excellent and TV channel options plentiful as well as a record player and LPs. The home and location offers everything anyone could ask for. We had an amazing vacation . Wonderful beautiful house on a beautiful pond . Close to the downtown and to several beaches in the area. Andy and Emily are amazing kind people. We had several things go wrong and they where extremely supportive and helpful. Just happy to met them and can’t recommend the place more . Hose is well supplied with everything marked and in its place . We had a beautiful welcoming card a chocolate and coffee waiting for us on arrival. Beds are extremely comfortable ! Decorations are very tasteful!

Emily and Andy's pond home is as advertised, a tranquil retreat. They make the house warm and welcoming and you feel right at home. The place is very clean and well organized; The cabinets are labeled so everything is easy to find and they also have a welcome/guide folder. Our hosts were also very responsive via test when questions arose. We enjoyed sitting on the deck taking in nature or reading. Even the day it rained, sitting inside watching the rain on the pond was so peaceful. David and Maureen

Everything you need in a small package. The cottage was perfect for our family time together. Taking our dogs is such an important part of our travel and this gem made it possible. We loved the deck and being serenaded by frogs.
