Adrian's place is great value for a stay in London. Nearby bus takes you to the train station (or can walk to the station in around 30mins). Feels like a safe suburban neighbourhood with several local shops within walking distance. The bedroom is very large, and the modern kitchen and bathroom are very convenient. Adrian is a very friendly host who will ensure you have a comfortable stay.

I stayed at Adrian's for a few weeks when I was moving to London. Amidst running around looking for flats and navigating life in the new city, it was truly a safe haven to return to every day. Adrian is a great host, tactful and welcoming. Had some great conversations with him but never felt bothered. Would definitely recommend if you don't mind being in a bit of a quieter residential area.

Adrian's place was brilliant! Very welcoming, felt like at home. Adrian is such a beautiful and caring person, open-minded and always up for a chat when and if you feel like to. The house is very clean, plenty of space and always kept tidy. The neighborhood is lovely and full of green spaces. Overall highly recommended to anyone!

My partner and I stayed here for one month and it was lovely, Adrian is a great guy and a great host, nice to have a conversation with bit otherwise left us to ourselves. The location is a bit out of London, but close to the central line and great value for those looking to stay for a bit longer.

A really wonderful place in a quiet location, and Adrian is a really friendly host without being intrusive - often we had 'kitchen meetings' as we both work from home where so many things were discussed :-) There's a small local shop nearby, nearest supermarket is about a 10 minute walk away (Co-op) and there's a local pub about 5 minutes walk away so everything you might need basically. If there's any negative, you might need to get a bus to the closest tube stations, but even they are only a 20-25 minute walk away (about 1.8Km) so not exactly onerous. About 45 minutes to 1 hour to the centre of the city by subway. I would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, quiet place to stay in residential London.
