We stayed at Villa Fio in early September for 8 days had had a wonderful trip. We met Antonia after the ferry as she kindly came and picked us and our bags up and took us to the house. The house is very well kept and in a good neighbourhood. The apartment was the perfect size for 2 people and we loved having our two balconies! The rooms were spotlessly cleaned and well maintained. All Antonia's family were super helpful. Antonia especially gave us lots of really helpful advice and every restaurant we went to that she suggested had amazing food! There really is nothing better than local knowledge. I think the best thing about Antonia is that she understands her guests and what sort of 'vibe' they are after for their holiday. She totally understood us. We had some rain and Antonia organised for a physiotherapist to come and you could book to have a massage with him. It's that sort of attention to detail that really makes the stay at Villa Fio worthwhile. Location is great for the best beach on Hvar (two restaurants, sun loungers etc) and it about a 15 minute walk downhill (uphill on the way home after some local wine!). The nearest supermarket is about a 5-8 minute walk away and has everything you could need. Hvar is beautiful and well worth visiting and Villa Fio was perfect for our chilled out holiday escape. I would highly recommend staying with Antonia and her family.

Very nice apartment with beautiful view of the sea. A bit far from the center, but very convenient access to a nice beach.

Brand new apartment with all facilities (air cond, LCD TV, fast internet connexion, 2 terraces with fantastic sea view, etc.) in a very quiet neighborhood (on a hill, 15/20 min walking distance from the city center). The host, Antonia and her mother, were very nice and gave us precious advice on beaches, restaurants, etc. I definitively recommend this apart!

We spent about week at Hvar Island and Villa Fio. I can recommend Villa Fio for everyone. Location was 20 min from the centre and harbour, nice and calm. Beach was near, only 10 min walk. Our room was just perfeckt and cleaned everyday. We had separate bedroom, kingsize bed, kitchen, big balcony and beautiful view. Antonia and her family were really helpfull and nice to us through our holiday. Antonia picked us up from harbor and drove our luggage to harbor when we left.
