Very nice place to stay. This is our first time in Paris and Alexis is the best host you could ask for. We were late for check in due to our delayed flight but Alexis very kind to wait for us for check in. He is super friendly and responsive, making us feel right at home. The location is very convenient and easy to find. It is between two metro stations (lines 1 and 8) with just a few minutes’ walk. We could easily get to major attractions in the city. The house itself is very comfortable, full of natural elements and nice natural lighting. Would definitely recommend!

This Airbnb was such an unexpected surprise. The front entrance is out on a normal busy street, but as soon as you pass through the front doors/gate, it is a whole other quiet peaceful world. It was a very comfortable stay with everything we needed and it was a very quick walk to a metro stop to get anywhere in the city. Definitely unique from other Airbnb’s in Paris!

Alexis is a friendly host and offers a lovely place for your stay in Paris. Extremely well located near many Metro stations, close to Gare to Nord and in an area where you can find fantastic food to take out or to enjoy in a local atmosphere. You are also near La coulée verte René-Dumont (just up the street) where you can take a stroll on a High Line similar to the one found in New York city and end up close to the Opera house. This place is very quiet and being respectful of this is very appreciated by the lovely neighbours. Alexis was very responsive to all our needs and dare I say we hope to meet again on our next trip to Paris. This was a perfect place for us, we loved it. It has all you will need to have a great base to work or play from. Merci Alexis!

Alexis's place is absolutely gorgeous: a duplex with lots of light, plants, and elegantly designed furniture. The kitchen is well-equipped (basics and fancy touches like the espresso machine and water filter at the sink) and the bathroom is just great (fantastic shower). We stayed there with out 11-months old baby, turning the living room downstairs into a baby's room while we took the bedroom upstairs, and it was very cozy. With a baby, we particularly appreciated having access to a washing-machine and electric air-dryer on a daily basis. The location is ideal for moving around (you are near the metro and near Gare de Lyon), and there are tons of restaurants and supermarkets around. In short, the place is both stylish and convenient, which makes it very livable. Alexis is friendly, responsive, and helpful. We'll be back next year! Thanks, Alexis.
