The location is ideal, close to everything imaginable. The accommodation is very nice, homely and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The location wise the place is good, but in my AirBNB experience so far, this place had the bad furnitures overall. It felt like garage sale furnitures. Though we didn't spend much time at the place as we were visiting Toronto with family and spent time outside, but that doesn't mean it justifies the pricing of this place. In my strong suggestion, this place needs a work in terms of some wall, furniture fixtures, and also, some basic kitchen supplies like salt, pepper, sugar might be good. Also, the kitchen sets also weren't much clean and felt super old & very limited. This defeats the purpose of the AirBnB where we can use some of the kitchen supplies. The owner/the firm was good with the communication but if the place has keypad entry (keyless) to the apartment itself, then it makes more sense because having one key and a fob for the parking makes it difficult when multiple people needs to get out.

The instructions were clear on what to do on arrival. The first night, we saw cockroaches…in the kitchen, in the bathroom…all over. I contacted Kelly. She asked me if I knew where they were coming from/source…. How would I know? Kelly arranged pest control for the next day and had to leave the apartment between 5-7pm. At almost 8pm, the guy arrived, and said that there was some miscommunication with him and Kelly and requested us to leave again for two hours or so. We were unable to facilitate him and we suggested the next day at 10am. He came, sprayed and we returned. Later that night, there were cockroaches again from then until we left on June 3rd. I did not contact Kelly again about this because I know it was futile. The linens and towels were another issue. The few that were there, carelessly stored and dinged. Sheets, pillowcases and mattresses have all seen it’s usefulness. This place is in dire need of some maintenance work.
