在Philippe的房子里住了5个晚上，房子就是照片上的样子，很宽敞，很安静，交通也方便，旁边还有一个Simply超市。Philippe人很友好，我们沟通很顺畅。

I actually booked a different apartment, and Philippe changed it last minute as the first was not available anymore. I had to pay an extra fee to switch and I could not avoid paying since I needed to fly to Jouy for work and there was no time to search for another apartment. When I arrived, I noticed the place was dirty. I had to buy gloves and other things to clean the bathroom, which had dirt like hair laying around. Same for the bed. Utensils were dirty and had to be cleaned before use. The bed was old and creaking, and generally very uncomfortable. There was no explanation as to how to dispose of the garbage, and no bin to put things into outside of the house. During the stay, Philippe disappeared when I told him I could not find the iron. He tried to tell me where to find it at first, but his suggestions did not match the house. After I told him, he stopped replying. In general, the place was “ok”, but I would not recommend it to anyone as it is too expensive for what it offers.
