Great place to stay very conveniently located near the convention center and BOK center. Tim and Jonathan provided great directions to get to their home due to some construction in the neighborhood and also responded right away when we had some trouble with the door lock. Fun place to stay!

Easy easy walk to Arts District and downtown, was nice to have someplace easy to relax. Great communication and well-kept place.

I chose this place when visiting Tulsa to run the marathon. This was a great place to stay. Tim and Jonathan have really thought of pretty much everything to make guests comfortable. There was a lot of attention to detail, that wouldn’t cost the host much, but really add up to the guest. There were Cokes in the fridge (enjoyed one post marathon) as well as some jams and condiments. Ice in the freezer. Coffee available. Shampoo, conditioner. Lots of towels. A couple of biscotti in 2 coffee mugs. A few Lindt chocolates in a dish. Drawers full of books; if you didn’t finish one, you could take it with you. Clear instructions. You could adjust the temperature which I loved. I was able to walk to the marathon start and walk back from the finish line. I didn’t have a car so getting groceries was more of a project. Dollar General was the closest at a mile away but I made it work for a couple days.
