Chose à savoir : L’hôtesse vous envoie une dizaine de messages environ le jour de votre arrivé pour vous donner quelques informations, mais demande une taxe de séjour par nuits et par personne à payer à la fin du séjour en cash.. qui n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce! Le café dans l’appartement et payant, des suppléments à payer sur place qui ne sont pas mis dans l’annonce! Si je passe par airbnb c’est bien pour être tranquille par la suite et pas avoir d’autres frais à payer sur place et encore moins à payer en cash.. sachant que nous avons déjà payé plus de 870€ pour 5 nuits seulement! Pour moi la totalité se paye lors de la réservation et non pas avant et après.. L’hôte est également rentré dans l’appartement pendant notre séjour quand nous étions pas présent pour récupérer la 2 eme clé que nous possédions, nous avons les preuves. 2 jours avant cela elle a prétexté une fuite venant des wc de notre appartement pour pouvoir y entrer également pendant notre absence. D’ailleurs les clés se trouve dans un meuble en bas de l’immeuble où tout le monde peut se servir donc tout le monde peut prendre les clés de votre appartement et y rentrer.. Elle regardait également quand on partait et quand on arrivait vu qu’elle habite dans la même rue où le même immeuble, car le dernier jour je ne l’ai pas vu mais elle m’a envoyé un message comme quoi elle voyait mes amis partir. Nous avons acheté nous mêmes le papier toilette que nous avons laissé.. le papier toilette et quand même l’élément principal que l’on laisse pour les voyageurs.. c’est le minimum! En sois, l’appartement est quand même sympa mais pas tout moderne, il est bien situé, bien jusqu’à 5 personnes. Mais… quand il pleut l’eau s’infiltre au salon dans la porte fenêtre et dans la chambre avec les 2 lits. Pas vraiment de place de parking vu que dans toutes les rues les places sont réservé au résident italiens. Thing to know: The host sends you about ten messages on the day of your arrival to give you some information, but asks for a tourist tax per night and per person to be paid at the end of the stay in cash.. coffee in the apartment and paying, supplements to be paid on the spot which are not put in the advertisement! If I go through airbnb it's good to be quiet afterwards and not have other costs to pay on the spot and even less to pay in cash .. knowing that we have already paid more than 850€ for 5 nights only! For me the totality is paid during the reservation and not before and after.. The host also entered the apartment during our stay when we were not present to retrieve the 2nd key that we had, we have the evidence. 2 days before that she pretended a leak coming from the toilets of our apartment to be able to enter there also during our absence. She also looked when we left and when we arrived since she lives in the same street or the same building, because the last day I did not see her but she sent me a message that she saw my friends leaving . In itself, the apartment is still nice but not all modern, it is well located, good for up to 5 people. But… when it rains the water seeps into the living room through the French window and into the bedroom with the 2 beds. Not really a parking space since in all the streets the places are reserved for Italian residents.

A lovely apartment in the historic centre of Trapani. Nice big private balcony and overall very well equipped and comfortable.

Alessandras place is lovely. The terrace and view is great! The location is perfect. It was rather steep stair to the apartment. We had good contact with Alessandra and she was very helpful. We could really recommend someone to stay here.
