L'appartement est bien situé et bien aménagé. Steven nous a très bien informé sur le quartier et sur Tainan. Un excellent séjour gràce à lui, merci Steven.

Stayed at the apartment for roughly around 8 months and my stay was overwhelmingly pleasing throughout. Steven was very engaging and ensuring my stay was smooth and comfortable. Place itself is very spacious and location wise is convenient to walk around. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend anyone wanting stay whether it’s long term or short term.

The best thing about the apartment is it's location. It is very central with lots of restaurants, stores, parks, libraries, temples and malls nearby, all within a few minutes walking distance. It is also great for public transportation, close to the main train station and many bus routes go by. The apartment is quiet and stays cool and it comes with full bedding and linens. There is a guard downstairs 24/7. Apartment is as described. Steven, the host is friendly and helpful. He even got us new light bulbs when we noticed that some had burnt out. The only downside is that it is an older building and the apartment is an interior apartment so it does not get much sunlight but that is why it is quiet. Also as shown in the description there is no stove or any way to cook food, although there is a fridge and sink. This is not too much of a problem since there are many delicious restaurants around at all price ranges from very cheap to quite fancy.

This flat was perfect for my semester at NCKU. It's around 15 minutes to campus and Yule street and there is a 7 eleven just across the road. The air conditioning works well and the flat is always cool which is great if you're staying in the summer.
