Hard to say enough good things about Amy's house. The setting is very beautiful up on an open hill with the main room looking through big windows at the woods, sky and water in the distance that is enchanting. The deck right outside the main room would be an amazing place to sit out on and take in the view in warmer weather. The house is very homey and cozy feeling and one feels very quickly like one is in a long loved hide-away which it clearly has been. The bedrooms below are very comfortable. We loved the easy access (very quick drive or longer walk) to the beautiful beach at Lambert's Cove. The area is convenient to the main towns but feels peaceful and quiet like it is a world away. Finally Amy was always prompt and extremely kind and helpful in our correspondences. We highly recommend this house!

Amy's place is wonderful, rustic in the perfect "beachy" way, comfortable, and perfectly situated near Lambert's Cove beach. We loved being able to walk to the beach (about a mile) and if we didn't feel like walking, we drove down and just parked a little further up from where you needed a parking pass. It was perfect. We also really loved the view from Amy's deck--the sunsets were fantastic. The beds were really comfy too. Amy is a super kind and thoughtful host and we will definitely be back!

We felt right at home at Amy’s place. We loved the view from the deck. Despite it being in the woods, I did not get one mosquito bite the entire time. You can enjoy the sunrise, sunset, or stars from the deck. The kitchen had everything you would need with new appliances. The shower water got hot quickly. The house is on a paved road and has AC. If you have a dog, the dog scene at Lambert’s Cove beach is a ton of fun. Lambert’s Cove is a really nice community. We’d happy return next year and recommend it to others!

Amy was an awesome host! She provided a plethora of recommendations and was very accommodating. The view from the deck is stunning! We loved being able to have access to Lambert’s Cove, and we very much enjoyed this special place!

A beautiful home on my favorite part of the vineyard. We enjoyed the lovely views, sunsets and stargazing from the porch- Amy is such a thoughtful and responsive host. Perfect and very comfortable stay for our family of four and black dog, who is welcome all over MV. Also- most rentals don’t have sharp knives and I need to call out here that Amy’s got a well appointed kitchen and sharp knives! ;-) Would stay at the Seasaw again in a heartbeat.
