雖然因為我個人的臨時情況而沒辦法住到原本預期要住的時間，但房東非常好溝通及理解我的情況，並給與我很多協助，我真的很感謝她。 並且還提供我好吃的食物跟點心，放鬆且舒適的環境，十分乾淨，人也很友善，我很喜歡那裡，是我十分推薦的房東。 而附近也有很多食物，走路也可以到地鐵跟mall，公車也都很方便，是適合居住放鬆的地方。

I stayed at Regina’s place during my few months exchange in Singapore and chose this room because it looked very homely and NOT like a prison cell with just 1 bed, 1 chair and bare walls. The room matched the photos/description and had a courtyard view. The house is a bit removed from the road, so it was generally quiet. There were 3 people in the flat for most of my stay- me, Regina and another guest, each had their own room. The MRT is a 15 min walk from the place, or a couple of bus stops away, but the bus goes only every 20 min or so. There are a couple of food courts on the ground floors of neighbouring buildings. The toiletries are free. Only light cooking is allowed, so keep that in mind. The fridge and freezer space is also limited. What I didn’t like about the place is that: 1) the maid moved in (to the living room) in the later weeks (do ask about that) and was always around the flat 2) some construction work around the building/outside in later weeks (also ask about that)

My stay with Regina is really good. It is near the bus station and there is a nearby place where you can buy cheap foods which is really convinient. As a host, Regina is kind, thoughtful. and easy to talk to. I felt very welcome as if I'm at home.
