The apartment is very nicely done up. It was comfortable and it had all the necessities like washing machine, kettle, utensils and it’s a great space to bring a family too. It was very quiet and I loved the high ceilings. I would definitely recommend recommend this place to other tourists.

Apartment met all the areas we were looking for: quiet, walking distance to Old Town and spacious. It was abit difficult to find in the dark with the apartment being at the back of the block and quite a few sets of stairs (one to note if you’ve got lots of luggage/pushchairs etc) Perhaps a video walk through would be helpful for other guests? We had an issue with the toaster blowing the fuse on the first day, but the fuse box was easy to find and Andrzej was quick to reply and get it replaced. Was lovely to have tea/coffee provided but like other guests have mentioned a drop of milk to het started would have been welcome. Overall a great place to stay with responsive host. Thanks for welcoming us to Krakow!

Communication was good before but it was a last minute booking. The instructions to get into the first part of building were not clear and it was trial and error to gain access. It would have been helpful to have been told that once you have retrieved the keys from key safe you have a key on there to main front door. We only discovered this when my phone with details of code was left in a taxi and we decided to try it. The apartment was perfectly located for us to discover Krakow and the neighbourhood was quiet and felt very safe for two ladies travelling alone. There is tea, coffee and sugar - milk, either fresh or longlife would be a nice addition. Instructions for the heating would also be helpful. The sliding door for 2nd bedroom was broken so no privacy, although this wasn't a problem for us if we had other people in flat it could have been a hinder.
