Beautiful house with lots of nice details. Wonderful people, Dimitris and his family. Very nice sand beach with 3 bars on the beach. Excellent food in 2 taverns nearby. I recommend to everyone who loves a small and quiet place without many tourists and noise. Great greeting for Dimitris and his beautiful wife and daughter.

It was our first time in Greece and we fell in love with the place we stayed. Dimitris’ house is excellent. I will spare you the details as you probably read them in the previous reviews. All exactly as they stated. The house is better that what you expect it to be at least it was for us. It is VERY clean and well organised to the details. My suggestion is to go without very high expectations and leave some details to your imagination then you will be amazed when you arrive. Koutsoupia is definitely not a touristic place and that’s its charm. It is great for families and couples who wants to escape from overcrowded beaches and noisy nightlife of the resorts. But if you want activities, there are lots of them, boat trips, hiking, mountain safaris and others. We did some snorkeling and beach tennis with my kids. There a two beach bars and two restaurants who offer very tasty fresh food which we enjoyed quite a few times. It is difficult not to make friends with Dimitris, Xanthi and Lidya. Such a genuine and intelligent people. So easy to communicate with. We have had together a couple of talks, drank couple of bottles from their fridge and it felt great. I intend to keep in touch and visit Dimitris often in the near future as he needs help to improve his table tennis skills.:-) Thank you Dimitris, Xanthi and Lydia for making our stay in Greece special.

This was a truly magical vacation - our family strongly recommends the town of Koutsoupia, which was made all the more wonderful thanks to Dimitris, his charming wife Xanthi, and their helpful daughter Lydia. Their house was immaculate, stylishly appointed, huge house, charming garden, well-stocked with breakfast, snacks and goodies - even beers in the fridge and iced glasses in the freezer. The view is amazing - panorama of the sea, and the local beach - a 200 meter walk - is lots of fun for swimming and hanging out at the beach bar. Buca beach down the road is not to be missed, nor is neoi pori. This is a "real" part of Greece that most tourists do not venture to. When we did meet fellow tourists they gasped at how we rented a chalet for what they paid for one room. The locals were friendly, and our kids had lots of instant friends to play with on the beach. Parking is included, as is guidance on what to do and where to go from the helpful hosts. Don't miss this house and royal treatment!!!
