My wife and I were very satisfied with the separate and private accommodations Karim provided adjacent to his house. They were exactly as he described and we were not surprised by anything. The bedroom and bed were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower. The kitchen space had a microwave, refrigerator, and all the necessary dishes, glassware and eating utensils. And the living room space was furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa with a pull-out bed. Karim was an attentive and accommodating host but not at all intrusive. We appreciated that he brought over pastry, muffins and a bottle of wine for us to celebrate Mother's Day with our son. He and his wife live only 15 minutes from Karim's house. We will be back to LA periodically and hope to be able to stay in Karim's Airbnb unit again. It worked out perfectly for us.

Karim is a wonderful host - welcoming, communicative, and approachable. The home is in a convenient location and it is very comfortable. On street parking is plentiful. A great experience.

We were very fortunate to end up at Karim's place. It is a beautiful spot to experience the West Coast vibe, situated in a wonderful neighborhood. Karim is a true Super Host, who goes out of his way to make sure everything is ok. Karim takes an active interest in his guests wellbeing and comfort, and is always available with helpful ideas and recommendations. We would highly recommend this place and hope to visit again. Thank You Karim, for a memorable visit at your beautiful house and garden !

We loved staying at Karim's. It was just right for us. We walked in to some lovely music, some yummy snacks and serenity. Everything was spotless and there was helpful signage where needed. Location was great and it was a perfect neighborhood to walk around. It was a 20 minute walk or less to great cafes. Marina was a short trip by car. Would suggest taking a 20 minute ride by car to Manhattan Beach down the coast for a swim and scrumptious ice cream cone. Thanks much for your hospitality, Karim! Julie
