The house is situated on ideal position, between old town and Park forest Marjan so you can enjoy the benefits of both.Our apartments have 4 sleeping rooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 kitchens and living room and fit 5-16 persons. With its privacy, beautiful garden, jacuzzis&heated pool it guarantees relaxing atmosphere. The house is away from the main streets, and the large garden with lemmon, olive and mandarine trees, lawns, lavande and flowers gives you privacy and guarantees comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. You will enjoy your breakfest or lunch in this relaxing oase. And five minutes away you have old town with its pulsing everyday life or, on other side - breeze shadow of cypruss trees of Park forest Marjan with its beautifull natural beaches, jogging paths, sport center Bene,caffe, restaurant ... The Blue Apartment has free internet, a LCD flat screen with cabel TV and air conditioning / heater. In garden you have free parking place for your car. There are 3 sport kayaks and 12 bikes (for adults and children) in the garden so you can use them every day of yours hollidays, without limitation, to explore the city, or to reach some distant beaches of Park forest Marjan. In five minutes on foot you reach old town called Varoš and after that city centar with the famous Palace of Diocletian . By ferry you can visit the islands Šolta, Brac, Hvar, Vis or Korcula. Our town Split is one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Adriatic Sea coast and the second largest city in Croatia . Split is a city with 1700 years old history, also offers you a wide range of places to relax and enjoy. One of those places is a very popular sand beach Bacvice with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and nightclubs. Worth a visit is Dalmatia's biggest city Split. Why do you not start at the Diokletian's Palace and take a stroll through the old town centre as well as along the promenade. Alternatively you could walk up to Marjan Hill where you have a wonderful view over the area. Should you want to take in some of the cultural treasures then we would recommend you to visit one of the larger museums of the town. • Bačvice Beach which is one of the most popular of Split's Beaches. It is located just in front of Bacvice Restaurant and Nightclub complex. The beach has many facilities, like lifeguards, chair and umbrellas rentals, facilities for disabled, showers, lockers and enough parking. Kasuni Beach This beautiful and peaceful beach is located at the foot of Marjan Hill. It is rocky and narrow and the waters couldn’t be more crystalline and cool. The beach is made of pebbles and is surrounded by a pine forest. • Bene Beach With the shade of the forest of Marjan, this is a great family beach. There are tennis courts, playground and picnic facilities and a café nearby. The sandy bottom of the beach makes it very popular among families with children. It is reachable by public transport or if you have your own vehicle you may parks a few minutes away Our Blue apartment is arranged in nautical style, so you can feel like beeing on the ship. We are working to made it comfortable accommodation. The apartment consist of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen - all that is part of this studio apartment. There is free WiFi connection and LCD TV with canall programs.
