This is a very chic and stylish apartment within a period Victorian mansion building on the super trendy and fashionable Kings Road, right in the heart of Chelsea. This is an apartment situated on the first floor of a period Victorian mansion building without lift. It is in excess of 1,000 square feet or about 100 square metres. The layout is distributed entirely on one floor with three double bedrooms, with two full bathrooms both with showers and one with a bidet. None of them is ensuite, perfect arrangement for a family where both bathrooms can be used at any time. As it is paramount to have a good night sleep when travelling, we focused on good quality beds and mattresses. BEDS The beds of the two bigger bedrooms are Super King Size which is 180cm (6 feet) width. The bed of the smaller bedroom is a standard Double Size which is 140cm (4 feet and 6 inches). All beds are made in wood and are of an extremely solid construction. If shared by two people there will not be any shaking or wobbling when one turns around during the sleep. Upon request, the 4th bed will be set up in the living room and will be constituted by the current sofa being reclined and with a topper laid out on it. The size will be of 100cm width (3 feet and 3 inches). Upon request, the 5th bed will be set up in the living room (together with the 4th bed) and will be constituted by a professional inflatable mattress which has the same height as a normal bed where you can actually seat on. The size will be of 100cm width (3 feet and 3 inches). MATTRESSES All mattresses are one foot high, 12 inches or 30cm with the top port in memory foam that shapes around the contour of your body. They are extremely supportive and stable and in fact extremely heavy to move. Again, if shared by two people there will not be any shaking or wobbling when one turns around during the sleep. WINDOWS Besides the normal sash windows facing the street outside, the Master bedroom and the Living room have additional secondary windows with European profiles that become completely sealed when shut, also mustering a triple glazing and laminated glass to provide a phenomenal protection against any noise and vibration coming from the street.

Thank you Olivia! My family and I decided to travel from the United States to spend Thanksgiving in London this year, and how lucky we were to choose your home - it was even better than advertised! Your immediate responses to all our questions made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. The beautiful Victorian home is stylish, welcoming, impeccably clean, (+ 4 Smart TVs, everything you could ask for in a kitchen and laundry room) and convenient to the very best of London. The bus stop for 4 lines is literally across the street! And the tube was a 5-minute walk. We spent most of our time in the neighborhood - shopping at the posh shops and enjoying the excellent Italian, French and Indian restaurants! I’ve rented numerous apartments in London, but Olivia’s place is on another level altogether, and is now my first choice for future travel to London.
Our stay was wonderful. The flat was spacious and in a perfect location. The linens were high quality and the whole flat was immaculate. Check in was so easy with very clear instructions to a convenient lockbox. I’m so happy we were able to stay here!
Our family trip to London was fantastic, the apartment had everything that we expected. Great location with affluent possibilities for shopping, dining and sightseeing,
Le logement d'Olivia est très bien situé dans le joli quartier de Chelsea. Il y a de nombreux cafés, bars et restaurants tout autour de l'appartement. Les bus sont tout proches de la location (il suffit de traverser la route) et Picadilly Circus se trouve à environ 25-30 minutes. La literie est excellente. Nous sommes une famille de 5 personnes et l'appartement était bien assez grand pour nous. Olivia répond rapidement aux messages et avec précision. Merci!
Location was amazing - buses were steps from your doorway which was super helpful since my son was on crutches. Would definitely recommend Olivia’s location for those who want a safe neighborhood close to all the attractions.

This apartment is located opposite the famous Bluebird Restaurant on the trendy Kings Road, right in the middle of the sophisticated nightlife district of Chelsea positioned between Kings Road and Fulham Road.
From the apartment you can walk along the whole of Kings Road up to Sloane Square. If you fancy shopping or just cruising around to see and be seen, this is a beautiful walk as this Road is peppered with fashion and interior design shops as well as bars and restaurants.
From Sloane Square you can walk along the worldwide famous Sloane Street with all the super sophisticated famous brands like Chanel, Tiffany, Gucci, Burberry, Prada etc. Or you can also walk to the worldwide famous Harrods Department Store and the brand new Apple Store in Knightsbridge within minutes.

1) walk for about 15 minutes.

3) from "Clapham Junction/Falcon Road" Bus Stop take any of these buses to Beaufort Street 49, 319, 345 (10 stops). Alight at "Beaufort Street/Kings Road" Bus Stop. Exactly across the street from the apartment.
