Very nice house and location but there was no signal and therefore no wifi although the wifi was listed as included. I had to work every 2nd day during my stay at Riccardo's place and as there is absolutely no signal in the house or in the surrounding area had to go every 2nd day to the nearest hotel to respond to my work emails. We were having working holidays with 2 small kids and due to no wifi our stay was not as pleasant as it could be otherwise. We even went to buy a better pokewifi/router and reciever from different provider but also that one did not work. At the shop they told us that the location simply does not have the signal coverage. Everything else was great. The house is spacious and the furniture very nice. The kitchen is well equipped and the house has a nice terrace. In case you want to have a nice holidays without no wifi this is a place to be.

The place looks as described, the surroundings are very nice and the beach from the complex is not the best you can find in Sardigna, but clean and comfortable. If you wanna disconnect from everything, this is your place. Take into consideration you need a 20’ car ride to get to a supermarket, restaurant -besides the one from the golf- and 4G.

Points positifs: bas de villa située en pleine pinède, au calme et jardins très bien entrevus. Narbelia est très bien pour visiter le nord comme le sud de la Sardaigne État de la maison conforme aux photos. Accès à la plage privée Accueil d’antonella et Elena Points négatifs: piscine fermée et qui semble à l’abandon. Nous avons été informé 15j avant donc sans possibilité de se retourner. Mais Ricardo a accepté une indemnisation de 500€ pour coller aux prix de maisons sans piscine , pas de chaises longues: nous avons réussis à en avoir une pour 4 adultes... Obligé de prendre la voiture pour récupérer la navette qui amène à la plage (5min de voiture et navette toutes les 30min). À pied, comptez 40 min aller En courant 30min aller
