Nydelig sted med rolig beliggenhet. Helhetsinntrykket ble dessverre ødelagt da vertinnen eier bruker ikke ventet oss før en uke senere. Huset ble derfor klargjort i all hast, uteområdet var fullt av støv og blader, ødelagte badeleker og solstoler som ikke kunne brukes. Vertinnen snakker ikke engelsk og var treg med å svare på meldinger. Det luktet kloakk i huset og vi fant ut at vannlåsen var tørr, sluket i to bad gikk tett og vannet rant utover gulvet. Hadde huset vært klargjort ville vi sikkert vært veldig fornøyde.

A fantastic villa in an excellent location for a private stay with exceptional views from the hills of Grasse. We stayed with family (6 adults and toddlers) and had everything we needed. The smaller pool section was a great addition for the kids and a real plus point for us. The villa itself is spacious and each bedroom has its own modern ensuite bathroom. We had a great time and would recommend this property as it is good value for money. We did however have a few minor maintenance issues such as leaking Air-conditioning units, small flooding after heavy rain and some other minor points that I will feed back to the owner so that they can resolve. Without these I would without doubt be giving a 5 star review.

Wir sind total begeistert. Es war einfach perfekt. Die Villa ist ein Traum. Man kann richtig abschalten und genießen. Würden sofort wieder kommen.

Our recent stay here was idyllic. From the moment we set foot on the property, we were transported to a world of serenity & natural beauty. The villa itself has both rustic charm and modern comforts. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. Each bedroom has a full & modern ensuite. What truly stood out for us were the outdoor dining areas, where we enjoyed most of our meals. There is a rustic, vine-covered pergola that overlooked the pool & the rolling hills beyond. Beside the pool, comfortable sun loungers & umbrellas, inviting us to bask in the sun or seek shade. The pool area is also equipped with an outdoor shower. On the other side of the house is a stunning terrace. The location was convenient for day trips to Cannes, Nice, & other iconic towns along the French Riviera, allowing us to experience the best of both worlds – the tranquility of the hills & the vibrant coastal life. The host was both responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

This villa is absolutely spectacular! We had 4 friends and the 4 bedrooms each had their own bathroom! Something rarely seen. But the star is the view and the heated pool. All stress melts away. The kitchen is modern and well stocked. Things to keep in mind are that it is on top of a hill so choose the smallest car possible. Also arrive in daylight because the first time you arrive, it can be tricky to find. It’s only 35 minutes from the coast and we went often to Juan les pins. If you are looking for a luxury villa experience, you can’t do better than this place! Merci beacoup!
