I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and it was nothing short of fantastic. The house itself is both elegant and comfortable, offering a plethora of modern amenities that made my stay hassle-free. It was immaculately clean, and the well-equipped kitchen made preparing meals a delight. The location is a real gem, situated in a lovely neighborhood close to downtown. I was pleasantly surprised to find highly-rated restaurants just a short distance away. Places like The Concho Pearl Icehouse, which serves amazing Texas barbecue, and The Latest Scoop, for those with a sweet tooth, were just a 5-minute walk. The host Mary was outstanding—responsive, considerate, and full of local tips. This property far exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return. A five-star experience all the way!

It was very centralized and private. The food available nearby was excellent. Was very cozy and the host was very responsive when posed with questions.

The cottage was ideal for my spouse and me. Everything was very clean and the amenities were excellent just as described. We especially appreciated the location with easy access to the Concho River Walk; we walked every day and that was very important to us. The river walk itself is outstanding. It is groomed, clean, safe and interesting. We met many very nice people likewise enjoying the area. Overall, we greatly enjoyed San Angelo and the ittle cottage was perfect for our stay.
