The view of surrounding hills and the French Riviera sells this place. It is incredible. All you really want to do is sit on the patio and enjoy your coffee and breakfast and later your wine, cheese and bread. We loved watching the sun go down and the night lights come on. Inside the house everything was clean and ready to use. We also enjoyed the history of Frannys place.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind super charmant! Zeit auf der Terrasse ist unvergleichlich. Frühstück beim Blick auf die cote d‘azur, unvergleichlich. Und dann draußen duschen, herrlich. Vielen Dank, uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen.

This is a truly amazing house. The view from the terrace is extraordinary and probably one of the finest in the entire range of Airbnb properties. A majestic sweeping panorama of the Côte d'Azur. One can stand there for ages transfixed. The house is rustic-beautiful and well fitted out. It's comfortable and cosy. The kitchen and lounge room are great. Modern fittings in a very old house, rooms with great views. A total slice of French village life. There is an issue however in getting to and from the house, and indeed getting from the ground floor to the third floor (kitchen and living area) in that if you have knee problems, are short of breath or generally unfit, you'll find it a serious challenge. It's probably impossible to bring suitcases up to the house. It's a small village with no roads to drive along and very steep and sometimes uneven steps. ie: it is what it is but take note. On the first visit it's also very hard to find. The locals are friendly and try to help.

Just WOW! An amazing location with views of the Mediterranean and stunning sunrise. A lemon tree, olive tree and bougainvillea grace the patio where I could have spent the entire vacation. The house itself is so interesting in its history, the kitchen is super well equipped and the bedrooms comfortable. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. We loved walking thru the historic village, exploring the cobbled streets and alleyways. Lots of great food at the bakery and markets ( unfortunately the two restaurants were closed for the month of November), but no worries- a ride on bus 54 to St Laurent-du-var, a block to the train station and off you go to old Nice, Monaco, Italy! Don’t rent a car- tram 3 from the airport to Grand Arena- bus 54 to St Jeannet! So easy! We will definitely be visiting again ( and hopefully, often!) (As noted by others, the location is not amenable to those with mobility issues)

La plus belle vue sur la mer et montagne. Spectaculaire! Le logement est conforme aux photos et à la description. 2 escaliers abrupt dans la maison. Attendez vous à monter car le stationnement est situé en bas de la rue. Difficile avec des valises. Non recommandé pour des personnes qui ont des difficultés de mobilité. Ça nous a permis de faire notre petit training chaque jour. Le restaurant Ste Barbe situé au village est vraiment délicieux! Je recommande ce logement pour des personnes en forme qui aiment marcher.
