Absolute perfect spot for a family vacation with kids and dogs with a one in a million location by the beach. Great local community. Fabulous host. Everything you can think of for the beach is avaible at the house. Bikes for everyone. You wont be disappointed.

Betsey was an amazing host and the house is beautiful. Absolutely recommend this as a gorgeous Cape destination. The home is large, clean, has great amenities, and an absolutely spectacular location.

This was an amazing vacation house. Our group consisted of seven adults and three children, five years old and under. The house is as presented, with closets full of games, toys, a highchair, a fold away crib, a booster seat, a ping-pong table, a kayak, bicycles, a huge gas grill, plenty of outdoor furniture, a washer, a dryer, a sound system that can be programmed to whatever rooms you wish, large flat screen televisions and a kitchen so well appointed as to impress the professional chef in our group. The beach is private, as is the property and there are many places to visit, restaurants, all within a short drive. There are events, cruises, whale-watching and all kinds of activities in the area. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The yard is very large with an elaborate swing set-up across the other side of the driveway for the children. There is comfortable parking for three large vehicles, but we managed to squeeze in four. We were greeted by Gordon who took us through the house, showing where everything was and how everything worked. We also met Steve, the caretaker, who gave us his phone number in case we had any problems or questions. We found all the people in the area to be very friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful family style rental. There are three floors of bedrooms with tons of space allowing optimum privacy for all. This was a fun, relaxing, educational, gourmet, amazing, vacation and we would do it again in a heartbeat!
