Excellent location within walking distance of picturesque nature trails and a healthy grocery store. Very comfortable living space that is super clean and has everything you need for an extended stay. Erik and Toby are kind and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!

i would highly recommend this place if you are looking for something in a nice neighborhood, walkable to coffee shops and groceries, and a nice trail hike 1 block away!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Erik & Toby’s guest house. It was the perfect size for both of us working from home during our extended month-long stay. The bed was comfortable and the design of the place was pleasant. The neighborhood was peaceful and nice to go on walks in. We loved walking to Lucky’s bake house & cafe nearby and to the Wonderland Lake trails.

We absolutely loved our 3.5 week stay at Erik and Toby’s. They were so kind upon check in and we loved the space. It was peaceful and quiet, yet so easy to bike or drive to nearby restuarants or outdoor activities each day. The kitchen had everything you could need outside of the food itself, and the bathroom was nice and big. Overall lots of storage space inside as well so we didn’t feel cluttered even with everything we brought for our road trip. The wifi was spotty, so having two of us using it for video calls for work was tricky at times. We opted to have one of us work off of a hot spot instead so that we didn’t overpower the connection. But overall it was such a minor inconvenience in the scheme of our stay. We said many times the week leading up to check out that we were so sad to leave such a cozy space. We look forward to coming back! Thanks again!

Toby and Erik were excellent hosts - very flexible and very responsive to inquiries. The space was great and the location superior. Would hope to stay with them again in the future.
