We had fantastic time with Gabriella and Luigi (Laura is a front managing the asset). The place is quiet, peacful, suitable for 6 people. Its a 1hr to 1:30hr to Sienna, Pisa and Firenze.

You can communicate with Laura in English, but the owner Luigi, who met us, doesn't speak English, but believe me, you definitely wouldn't have a communication problem, because he understands English a little bit and can explain in Italian everything with expressions. Still, if you need to explain something better, you can use apps for translation. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms, and is suitable for 6-7 people. The house is Clean and quiet with a big kitchen and great views of Tuscany. You can use the swimming pool, which is in the yard of the nearest Pizzeria, when we arrived, in the middle of September, the pool was closing, but Signor Luigi asked the owner and they left the pool open during our stay. I want to thank Laura and Luigi. Staying here is definitely worth it, but you need a car to reach Pisa, Lucca, Florence, and other locations.

Ambiente bello e molto spazioso sia internamente che esternamente (doppio giardino con tavolini sedie e sdraio) . Posizione panoramica e adatto a chi vuol poi visitare Pisa, Firenze, Lucca. Molto accogliente e disponibile il Sig. Luigi . Ottimo anche la possibilità di utilizzo della piscina che anche se non è all'interno della struttura è molto vicina (2 min a piedi) .

Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr schöne Unterkunft, die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto nach Florenz, Pisa, Lucca, Vinci sehr gut machbar. Ausflüge in der näheren Umgebung sind auch sehr schön. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Le lieu est parfait pour un séjour avec enfants, Logement très grand et agréable. Deux jardins qui sont la cerise sur le gâteau. luigi qui vit à côté nous a accueilli avec un français bien meilleur que mon italien 😅. Gentil, serviable et attentionné il nous a conseillé et donné toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin. Le restaurant avec la piscine ont ponctués notre séjour de moments parfaits. Le personnel y est souriant, agréable et à l’écoute. La piscine nous était accessible tous les jours de 10 a 19h y compris lorsque le restaurant est fermé. A moins d’1h de Pise et Florence, proche de Lucques, et de tout un tas de villes et villages toscans tellement charmants, nous avons passé 10 jours exceptionnels. Nous y reviendrons et nous vous conseillons le lieu sans aucune hésitation.
