Really nice place. So worth it to wake up to the beach sunlight and sleep hearing the waves in calm nights

I really loved Miri - she was sweet, communicative, and the stay was a good time overall. Pros: - By the beach (literally could see the pier from my place - so amazing) - Parking included for $150 fee - Good value for money - I lived out my LA dream - Loved running by the ocean in the morning Cons: - No full kitchen (listed in the description - no surprises here). Hard to cook / save money. - Laundry machines were rusty, left a weird smell on my clothes - BUGS. Throughout my monthlong stay I saw ~8 silverfish looking creatures (they were dark brown) near the bathtub, once falling out of my shower towel, and once on the headboard of my bed. As someone terrified of bugs, it honestly made me stressed out to be in my own apartment Overall, I really enjoyed my month in LA, but wish I had known about the bugs before - it potentially would have changed my stay. However, Miri is so sweet, the location is amazing, so I think all in all it was a fine stay.

Thank you for a great stay! The apartment was enough for one person, there was everything I needed in a month. The amazing location encouraged walking. It's nice to wake up with a beautiful view from the window of the beach and the pier. The owner and manager were very helpful, I got everything I wanted. I would love to come back! I love LA. <3

I stayed in this beautiful apartment for a month and a half and I've really been super comfortable. The apartment location is gorgeous, it has everything I needed to enjoy the beach, the mountains and keep working remotely at the same time. It is also very close from the shopping center, restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacy. All the equipment works perfectly and the patio is also a wonderful space for relax. Couldn't avoid to start feeling like in home :) Thanks a lot to Ninfa and Miri who were always present to help me on everything!
