Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet (auch zum Kochen) und modern. Wir waren mit unserer einjährigen Tochter dort, es gab einen Hochstuhl und ein Reisebett. Die Lage ist super zentral und vor der Haustür fahren viele Busse und die gelbe Metro, was wirklich praktisch ist. Leider ist es aber dadurch im Schlafzimmer sehr laut wenn man das Fenster öffnet, denn die Kreuzung ist super doll befahren. Mit geschlossenem Fenster geht es aber. Auf Nachfrage haben wir eine zweite Decke bekommen, was sehr nett war. Wir hatten während des Aufenthaltes Probleme mit dem Strom. Francisco hat da aber super schnell reagiert und das Problem schnell behoben. Er war sehr gut erreichbar und sehr bemüht. Alles in allem eine wirklich gute Wahl!

I had a long-term stay at Francisco’s apartment and it was nothing short of excellent. My flight got in very early in the morning, and Francisco accommodated an earlier check-in after such a long flight, which I was grateful for. The apartment is spacious, clean and nicely decorated, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. Some standout features: a beautiful view of the cityscape from the bedroom, a very spacious bathroom with the best shower, heated floors for chillier days, and ample closet space. The WiFi is fast and very reliable for those working remotely. The location of the apartment is perfect - with metro access at your doorstep, and all the restaurants, parks and entertainment you could want within walking distance. Francisco was a stellar host - although he was out of town during my stay, his responses were always quick, friendly, and proactive. He and his team always made sure I was taken care of. Don’t hesitate book - it is highly recommended!

The stay in Francisco's apartment was great! The location of the apartment is very central, you can quickly reach many central points on foot or by metro. The apartment was super comfortable and very cozy, we felt right at home. It was also spotlessly clean. We had an absolutely great holiday, thank you very much for everything!
