It was a lovely stay. Appreciated for the welcoming kit that Renee’s left for me. When I got queries during the stay, Renee responded to it quickly. Got a lovely neighbour as well!!!! Recommended this place for long stay or just need a braak during weekends~

The house had everything we needed. Very peaceful location with a beautiful large backyard. Taking a warm bath in the evening was the best thing to do. The bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. Would recommend the house to anyone who is looking for an escape at the Hunter region.

I relocated from Western Australia and used this as a base to get my bearings. Renee left a lovely welcome package of bread, milk eggs and other goodies, which was much appreciated after my long drive. This is in a great location for those wanting to do the wineries and visit the Hunter Valley. There’s some great bush walks and National Parks close by to also visit. The house is cosy and a great place to relax after a long day (a bath bomb in the bath with some local produce helps).. I have 2 dogs and the big enclosed yard was perfect for them to run around in. Unfortunately it was too far from my new job, however I would highly recommend Renee’s place for a stay.

We had a very nice stay at Renee's place! Her place was absolutely beautiful and we loved every moment of my stay. It is conveniently located for exploration of Hunter Valley and the Newcastle area as well as it is not far from Central Coast. I strongly recommend Renee's place, it was worth every dollar I paid. Thank you, Renee!

Host is great, cottage is exactly what was advertised. Would recommend staying here. Long walk into town (approx 30 mins). House is clean, well stocked, well maintained. Host is great to deal with. Would stay again
