The apartment is located at the beautiful sandy beach of Vathi in Sifnos, just a few meters away from the sea. It is on the 1st floor, it's newly-built and its surface is 46 m2 plus 24 m2 terrace facing the sea (total floor surface 70 m2). The apartment can accommodate up to 3 persons. It consists of a kitchen, a sitting room with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Additionally, it has a big terrace (24 m2) facing the sea. Equipment & Facilities: - fully equipped kitchen (dining table, fridge, electric stovetop, microwave oven, coffee maker, water boiler and the necessary kitchenware) - air condition and ceiling fan - flat LCD television - safe box - hair dryer - iron and ironing board - double paned windows and doors - window screens - 24-hour hot water (solar heater) - free of charge cleaning of the apartment and change of bed linen and bathroom towels every 3 days - free internet access (WiFi)

George is an excellant host. The apartment & location exceeded our expectations. We had 6 lovely days relaxing, swimming. Exploring. George helped us out in every way needed. Just hope nothing changes on Sifnos. Friendly. Less tourism. Clean and pride of there surroundings.

The apartment is located in Vathi of Sifnos island. Vathi is a very beautiful, picturesque and sandy beach in the south-western part of the island.
Vathi is a peaceful and calm place, ideal for romantic persons and those who seek quiet holiday.
At a few meters away from the house you will find restaurants with local dishes, cafe and mini markets.
The distance from the port (Kamares) is 15 km and from the capital of the island (Apollonia) is 10 km.
During the summer months, the local buses run very often between the capital and Vathi and vice versa.
For the local buses schedules, you can visit the site "sifnos" and then you follow the path ->visit us ->transportation.
Information about the ship schedules (high speed and conventional boats) to Sifnos and from Sifnos to all destinations, you can find at the site "openseas".

I was born and raised on the island of Sifnos. After having lived and worked for many years in Athens, I decided to go back and live in my birthplace. I have studied Accounting as well as International & European studies and I hold a MSc in Finance and Banking from the Athens University of Economics and Business. I speak greek, english, french and a little italian. I like travelling and making new friends.
