Very nice one bedroom apartment with a lot of space for clothes, 2 mirrors, bathroom with bathtub and kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. The only negative aspect of cooking in this apartment was that the ventilation was not great and you need to open windows for the smell to go away. The location is amazing with easy access to public transport bus and T station. If you study at BC or BU it is very convenient! Great food options near by, Gyro City, Moogys and In House Cafe. For late night groceries there is a Cumberland Farms. Masha and Paul were very helpful and responsive to messages. I had a great experience, I highly recommend 👌

Masha's place is excellent. Recently remodeled, it's clean & modern. Great location in Brighton; the surrounding streets are quiet and family-oriented. There is a private entrance, and the unit feels completely separate from the remainder of the large house, so you never feel like you're disturbing anyone when returning late at night. Overall, I was really pleasantly surprised, everything has been thought-through and provided, so I never felt the need to ask the host about anything. Probably my best AirBnB experience so far.

I recently moved to Boston and this apartment was my home for a little over 3 months. I have no complaints. It is in a nice, calm neighborhood and at the same time in a relaxed, student environment. It is walking distance from 3 train, or T, stops. You can walk or take the T to get groceries, go to a pub, explore the area (check out the Reservoir!), or head into the city. Note for POKÉMON lovers - there's a gym closeby and quite a few Pokéstops! The apartment is a studio after all, so the small size was expected. But it has everything you need, a nice porch, and its own private entrance. Something to definitely point out is that there's a washer and dryer available, so I never needed to spend time or money at a laundry/dry cleaning place. The host, Masha, always made herself available (even in several of my klutz moments when I locked my keys inside the apt). She always replied to my texts or calls if I needed anything. I didn't see her husband as much, but he was also very helpful. I am so grateful to have found that cozy apartment with everything I needed to start experiencing Boston and MA in general, along with awesome hosts who provided whatever I needed even if I didn't know I needed it (like an a/c for the summer weather). Thank you for being so kind, reliable, and understanding during all of my stay.

I stayed with Masha and Paul for 3 months and this was a great experience! I would recommend looking closely at the pictures. As listed in the description, this studio is very small with a deck larger than the apartment itself! Definitely more suitable for someone travelling alone. This was a perfect stay for me! Masha was always reachable by text and very friendly. I still havent figured out the living situation of this house. I think there are at least 3 separate apartments here, with this apartment entrance around back. But it is very quiet, even with the renovations going on, i rarely ever saw any other tenants. I loved staying in this neighborhood. It is prominently jewish families and very quiet and safe. I walked home from reservoir T station nightly and never felt unsafe. From this apartment you have 3 options of T lines and one bus route. The bus stops on the corner and the T lines range from a 7min to 17min walk away. There is a gas station, an awesome coffee shop and two other restaurants a block away and multiple great restaurants/shops about a 10 min walk in either direction. Parking doesnt seem to be an issue on this street either. I can't recommend this place enough!

I loved living in this apartment - Masha and Paul were very welcoming, and always available if I needed anything. The apartment is beautifully renovated, has a private entrance, and access to brand new laundry facilities. The B, C, and D branches of the Green Line are all within a reasonable walk, and the neighborhood is very safe. Parking is also very easy.
