Nous sommes restes un mois. La maison était confortable et correspondait a nos attentes. Jean Paul est tres réactif, l equipe s est montrée tres aimable, professionnelle, et vraiment disponible. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. A refaire Aline et Philippe

Encontraréis un Oasis, literal, con 17.000 m2 de aire fresco y un vegetación a doquier con palmeras y pinos centenarios, Boganvilla decorando los arbustos, piscinas impecables y una atención excepcional del anfitrión! 100% Recomendable, nosotros ya hemos reservado de nuevo.

No he sufrido peor experiencia en mi vida que esta con usted. Desagradable es poco el trato y la falta de profesionalidad. Ni la comunicación ni la claridad ni su educación están acorde con lo esperado de cualquier contratacion. Hasta el punto de tener que contar con ayuda de la policia.

We have just returned from El Oasis but have very mixed views about our experience. Firstly, on the positive side, the grounds are beautiful. Very peaceful and plenty of space for everyone - virtually unheard of in Spain in August. There is loads of shade, possibly too much if sunbathing is your thing. 2 good pools and numerous activities to keep everyone happy. There is also a very handy supermarket right opposite. The villa was also plenty big enough with lovely private outside eating area, bread supplied daily and great showers. Secondly, Jean-Paul is an excellent host and is always around or at the end of the phone if you need anything. Now for the negatives. The surrounding area is not particularly attractive at all and there is a busy road running alongside the property. We went to various places in and around Valencia and found nowhere to be particularly pleasing on the eye. It had the feeling of a very sprawling industrial city of which El Oasis is on the outskirts. I have travelled to many parts of Spain and actually have my own place in Murcia but found this part to be the least appealing area I have ever been to. We were also disappointed by Valencia. The central food market was great and the cathedral is OK but I wouldn’t say it’s a particularly attractive city. There are many more beautiful cities and towns in Spain. Everything also seemed to be at least 1/2 hour away. Although every restaurant that was recommended was very good, they were at least 30 mins in driving and parking. The beach that was recommended whilst great fun with big waves had no nice promenade etc and was also a good 30 minutes drive. It may not seem much but if you’re doing that a couple of times a day it gets a little wearing. Also if fitness is your thing it is worth mentioning that the fitness suite is not worth a look at all. There is a lack of any decent equipment and no air conditioning. We stayed in a standard villa. It was a good size and had all the basics. However it was not very clean, particularly the kitchen. We also had no hot water for the first couple of days and once fixed we still had problems for a couple more days. I can’t believe we were the first to have problems. Not ideal considering the prices charged. The WiFi was also very problematic for the duration and kept cutting out which is not ideal when travelling with teenagers! Also our villa (number 1) was a few metres from the garden of a private house with an extremely noisy Spanish family and a very annoying yapping dog. I’m aware El Oasis has amazing reviews which is why I booked it. My feeling is that the reviews have focused on the just the property and grounds which to a large extent are justified, but to me the location...

This is a very interested place. Large garden, lots of trees and flowers. Houses are rather spacious. However cleanness of the house leave to be desired. Pools are cleaned rarely.
