Luxury modern villa on 2 levels. GROUND FLOOR : living room (50sqm) with open firespace, design sofa, tv, table, wc, bathroom with shower, modern kitchen with a 4 persons table. Large glass door to a covered patio. Access to the garden. Sitting area with sofa bed. Laundry, WC + shower 1ST FLOOR : 2 double bed, bath with shower and bath. One of the bedrooms has a terrace. All rooms with tv BIG GARDEN (1000sq) with swimming pool Garage for 2 cars, alarm system I live in the house all year and I need a minimum notice of 15 days to prepare. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr empfehlenswert. Der grosse Garten ist schön. Die Lage ist ideal.
As ice hockey fans from a small hockey country we had "visiting the Spengler Cup" on our list of "things to do before you die" for some time already. Our plan was to organize a small Christmas holiday around this event. After buying the necessary tickets we started looking for a place to stay for our group of 7 for one week. The luxury villa of Patrizia seemed a reasonable proposition from budget point of view, with sufficient room to host two families, not too far from either Davos or Milan and located in an area that would allow for some smaller excursions etc... We rented the entire villa and were not dissapointed: - On the plus side: super friendly host, more than large enough and stylish villa, ample parking space, nicely decorated Christmas tree with some mountains in the background, welcome cake and so on - If we would have to name any negatives (they are mere details) than it would be the absence of a microwave and slippery rugs on the first floor. (We had some kids in our group). Bottomline we had a memorable holiday and can recommend this airbnb.
La casa está perfectamente equipada. Es muy confortable. Patrizia está siempre dispuesta a ayudar en todo lo que necesites. Nos dio información sobre excursiones y lugares donde poder comprar las cosas que íbamos a no cesitar. Es muy simpática y atenta. La casa responde a las fotos del perfil, es muy luminosa, con muy buenas vistas. Está muy bien situada para hacer visitas a los alrededores. Nos hemos sentido como en nuestra casa.

Bikes routes or nature walks along the river where you can find small beaches of sand and rock
