The place was very dirty! He tried to blame all the stains on the water, but other friends had rent other apartments in the building and they were not even near as bad as this one. We left immediately, I was willing to pay for one night, even two but Ruben was not flexible he would not refund anything

Tanto Ruben como Pilar estuvieron en todo momento en comunicacion conmigo desde el principio, el lugar excelente y tal cual se publicaba. Sin duda regresare proximamente.

The property is in a good location. The apartment appearance has changed from some photos. Also it only has a single bathroom not 1.5 as described. The bed is small and does not comfortably sleep two average adults. The TV and wifi are good but the bedding, kitchen utensils and the bathroom were stained or dirty. Various items are heavily worn or defective and need replacing The property needs renovation and a deep clean. We were booked for a 9 night stay but left as soon as we found somewhere else.
