We just spent 2 wonderful weeks at the Storm Bay cottage. Mark and Faye are great hosts. Mark gave us easy driving instructions, met us on arrival and took the time to show us around. He was also easy to reach when we had a question. Everything about the place was great - the location (close to Kenora for supplies but also private), the house, the boathouse (it's spectacular!), the view, the fishing and especially the sunsets. It's so peaceful and quiet and the fishing was great. We came with a couple of boats but we even caught fish from the dock. When on shore we lacked for absolutely nothing. The kitchen was the best equipped we've ever seen. We didn't use the hot tub or the sauna but I enjoyed having the piano. We were a small group of 4 but there is plenty of room for a very large group on shore and on 2 nearby islands, King and Sunset. We've been coming to LOTW for 40 years and THIS WAS OUR BEST STAY. We can't wait to come back to our favorite place on our favorite lake.

This home on the water is a wonderful place for a large family or group. We had a family of 6 adults and 4 young children. There was plenty of space for everyone. A great kitchen and BBQ was available for the finest cooks. Views are spectacular. A large gym was also used by adult and kid gym rats. As it was cold in October we did not swim but fished off the dock with success. We enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace and large front room looking at the lake. Kenora was a quick 20 min drive for supplies and restaurants. Internet was excellent. We would be happy to come back again.

Loved this cabin.Cozy,clean and plenty of space.It felt like being in a home.We had an amazing time there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Stormbay! Upon arriving the whole property and house were immaculate. Very spacious! Kitchen is very well stocked for those who like to cook. All of my family loved being there. We hated to leave. We are ready planning our next trip!!!

Everything about this place was fantastic. From the communication before arrival to the spotless and well appointed cottage--we had absolutely nothing to complain about. We were never left wanting--the cottage is so well equipped...it's seriously a home away from home. From towels, sheets, laundry detergent, shampoo, soap, etc. It was absolutely spotless. Everything in this property was of very high quality and the entire place was very well thought out so as to make guests very comfortable. It was difficult to leave! The pictures do not do this place justice--it is simply paradise. Waking up and falling asleep with the view of Storm Bay was absolutely stunning.
