WOW, simply amazing. The place is even more beautiful and cozy than expected, we were so surprised and happy with the choice. Lots of space, roof terasse, very idyllic, and Alessandra‘s welcoming made it so wholesome to arrive. I absolutely recommend this place!!!!!!!!! We would have loved to stay longer! Perfect location and everything we needed. Thanks!

Our stay in Alessandra's apartment was exceptional. From arrival to departure she was immediately available for advice and made many suggestions for activities, restaurants etc. We have never experienced such a hands on approach from a host before and would certainly highly recommend her beautiful and super clean apartment not only for its position( only 15 minute walk from the train station) but also its ambience and incredible views. Various snacks, cold beverages as well as coffee and tea were supplied free of charge. A magnificent roof top terrace overlooking most of Tivoli and far beyond is a dream space for early morning coffee, or pre dinner aperitivi. A well stocked kitchen, beautiful large wooden dining table and cosy fire place is the perfect setting for those wishing to eat in. Alternatively there are many restaurants very close by. One final recommendation would be to have a morning cappuccino and a maritozzo at Flo's Cafe. A short walk, with a magnificent view!

Alessandra was very nice and friendly, she guided us around the place. We loved the medieval style it offered us a unique and unforgettable experience to sleep in a building that feels like your in the dark ages. Tivoli turned out to be on of our best places that we’ve visitied in italy

We had a superb time here, thank you Alessandra ! The house in which the apartment is situated is in a beautiful and quiet part of this ancient town. This is a place to wander at anytime of day. The flat itself offers lovely views , very comfy beds , ( six footers need not fear ! ) , all amenities are very good. Alessandra is a fine host. Helpful , kind , knowledgeable, generous and caring. Rome is less than an hour from the house by foot and train and the service is fairly frequent. The cafe nearest the flat did not suit us but Bar Castorani we found perfect for just sitting drinking coffee, people watching and reading. Stay at Allesandra's, we don't think you'll be disappointed!

Alessandra was a great host, very friendly and gave us clear instructions and great recommendations for our stay. The beautiful apartment is centrally located for the old town, resturants, Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana. Villa Adriana is a short drive or bus ride away (v. impressive, not to be missed) Thank you Alessandra, we are missing Tivoli already!
