Nossa estadia foi muito agradável. Ficamos hospedados no Le Studio por 3 meses. O Studio é exatamente conforme as fotos. O sofá cama é muito confortável. É completo, com todos os utensílios necessários para estadia. O bairro é muito agradável e nas proximidades do studio tem todas as comodidades necessárias, como farmácia, mercado, centro comercial, padarias e restaurantes. Além disso, há duas estações de metrô muito próximas com 3 linhas diferentes, o que permite uma boa locomoção dentro da cidade. Um ponto muito positivo de nossa hospedagem foi sem dúvida, os anfitriões Jean-Philippe e Denisa. Eles são extremamente atenciosos, cordiais, educados e gentis. Eu recomendo essa acomodação.

I stayed at Jean-Philippe and Denisa's place for three months during my business trip to Paris. Jean-Philippe and Denisa made it feel like home for me, for which I am very grateful! The place has all the amenities needed for longer stays. The communication with hosts was perfect - Jean-Philippe always responded to my messages withing the next 2 hours (at the latest). There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants and a big shopping mall with a cinema just in 1 or 2 walking minutes. The next two metro stations are in 2 walking minutes as well and take you directly to almost all the most important railway stations of Paris (Gare d'Austerlitz, Gare de l'Est, Gare de Lyon, Gare de Bercy, Gare Montparnasse, Gare du Nord). The area where the apartment is situated - Butte aux Cailles - is stunning and unique, even for Paris - which is already magnificent in itself. I enjoyed the atmosphere of Butte aux Cailles a lot. To sum it up - great location, great hosts, and totally recommendable for longer trips to Paris!

Le Studio is an amazing space in Paris to spend a few nights in; it is a few minutes' walk from the metro station, and within walking distance to the Latin Quarter with many restaurants and other shops along the way. We especially enjoyed the restaurant Chez Gladines that is almost literally at your doorstep; it features many amazing traditional dishes at decent prices. Furthermore, the lack of noise despite the many bars and restaurants along the street is a testament to great soundproofing. The studio was spotless, and the host was very helpful with the check-in process, making sure to answer all our questions and orientate us to the area. Definitely a place to consider for a short trip in Paris!

L'appartement est bien agencé et le quartier est vraiment sympathique avec tous ses restaurants et l'ambiance village très particulier. Il y a un parc aussi très beau juste à côté. Un bon accueil des propriétaires.
