Enjoyed the place. The living room is nice and large, just a short walk from the main streets and the hot tub and sauna is great.

It's my 4th time in Bansko, And the apartment looks like a great deal. But, the first day that we arrived we didn't find towels, so I ask Patricia and she said that they didn't come back from laundry so we didn't shower. Only on the second day, we got the towels. The beds were really uncomfortable, on the second day I decided to sleep on the sofa even without make in it a bed, it's really unsatisfied to finish a day of skiing and to find yourself sleeping on cardboard. The shower... Every time we use the shower all the water started going all over the bathroom because there wasn't an Incline. Everytime that on of the neighbor start to cook all the apartment start to stink. The wifi was great, the kitchen was fully equipped. The Jacuzzi and the Sauna were great. The apartment was like 7-8 mins walk form the Gondola. For the price we paid it's hard to recommend this apartment.

Patricia's apartment was great and the private spa area was a nice bonus to the place. The only caveats - some extra items like a mop or a vacuum would have helped to keep the place clean during a week long stay. For Bansko, the location is excellent - close to the busy area, but not too close in order to get too noisy. Highly recommended!

Very conveniently located - only a few minutes walk to gondola. Clean. Easy check in - there's always someone behind reception. And we were able to keep our bags behind reception on the last day. Communicative host. Communal hot tub, sauna, and steam room in the basement of the building. Cons: kitchen isn't the best equipped, but you're able to make basic meals. Mattresses aren't very comfortable.
